EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION
First and foremost, we strive to keep both the client and the tenant satisfied. Our goal is to find you the best tenant for your property and to communicate to you our search findings. The client’s input is extremely important and we encourage participation when choosing the best tenant for your investment.
MARKETING
We will market your property through our local MLS along with multiple additional sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc… to fill vacancies quickly. Keeping your property rented will allow you to maximize your return. We are available 7 days a week to list and show properties.
TENANT SCREENING AND LEASING
We will handle all aspects of finding the tenant including screening for detailed background checks, credit scores and prior evictions. We will do full market analysis studies to be sure the rents are in line with the market conditions and we will handle ordering the attorney prepared lease.
